 WHAT Is it?

RISE ALL is a 4 day event taking place in Jaco, Costa Rica, that will forever change the lives of everyone attending it. Get ready! At this event you’re going to have access to amazing speakers, take part in incredible activities and experience an unbelievable transformation.

 When Is it?

April 6-10th, 2022

 Where Is it?

The entire event will be taking place on the mountainside in Jaco, Costa Rica.

 HOW LONG IS IT?

The event will take place over five days, starting at 4:00PM CST on Wednesday April 6th (check in) and wrapping up at 10:00AM CST on Sunday April 10th (check out).

 which airport do i fly into?

FLY INTO San Jose. Fly into Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), it is about a 1hr 45mins drive from Jaco, where the venue is located.

 WHO WILL BE PRESENTING?

The announced speakers are listed on this page. More will be listed as they are secured.

 WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

It will be hot, the event is predominantly conducted outside, but is covered and there will be airflow directly through the event areas. Plan on bringing clothing that is both breathable and comfortable - and that is true to who you are. We put a big emphasis on wearing what you feel most CONFIDENT in, so that you can show up, and play full out at 100%.

As you will be in Costa Rica, we also recommend bathing suits, sun protection in the form of sunscreen, and/or a hat and sunglasses. If you are participating in yoga, please bring your own mat.

Finally, bring whatever you need to get the most out of this Live Event!

 WHAT ARE THE ROOM ARRANGEMENTS?

There are 30 private rooms. Remaining rooms are apartments (2 rooms per apartment and 2 people per per room. Total of 4 persons per apartment). We will also rent out a nearby apartment building for additional housing. 

 WILL THERE BE TRANSPORT PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE PALACE?

Yes there will be transport provided to the airport and any activities outside of the palace.

 HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT THIS EVENT

There will be 150+ attendees. 

 What is the Refund Policy?

There are no refunds.

 Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?

Yes. We will be providing catered breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.

All meals will include VEGETARIAN, VEGAN, and GLUTEN-FREE options based on the information we receive from the Attendee Form. If you have other dietary needs we suggest bringing snacks into the venue.

 WHAT ABOUT WATER?

Yes. Water and an assortment of drinks will be available all day. Bring a bottle, cup, canteen, hydro flask, or any other liquid holding technology that you prefer to drink out of. We will also have plastic cups available but we’re big fans of reducing plastic waste!

 WILL THERE be drinks at the NETWORKING MIXER?

Yes! A selection of beverages will be provided. There will also be a cash bar for the purchase of any additional drinks.

 ENTRy to COSTA RICA & covid procedures

All provided information is accurate at the time of writing - please double check online for up-to-date information on entry requirements for both Costa Rica & the US.

Costa Rica is open to travelers with the following requirements and procedures:

1. Check HERE whether a visa is required for your specific nationality / passport.

2. There is no need to provide a negative PCR test or quarantine on arrival, however a Health Pass must be obtained by completing THIS FORM in the 72hrs prior to arrival.

3. Check the vaccinated / unvaccinated insurance requirements HERE, and follow instructions accordingly.

 WHAT ABOUT RETURNING TO THE U.S.?

Since December 6, all American air travelers 2 and older returning to the US need a negative COVID-19 test taken within one day of their departing flight, regardless of vaccination status. It's part of a general tightening of US travel rules because of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus.

The US Embassy says results for PCR and antigen tests are reliably available within 24 hours in Costa Rica. The CDC advises travelers to be fully vaccinated before traveling to Costa Rica. If you would like us to arrange a COVID antigen test for you, please indicate this in your attendee form.

Any declarations that you need to complete for travel to the US will be provided to you by the airline you book your flights with. If you are not returning to the US, please follow the requirements of the country you are returning to.


 What covid protocols will be in place?

Please note as the situation with the global pandemic (COVID-19) continues to progress, your safety remains our top priority. 
 
• It is our duty, obligation, and responsibility to keep our community safe and informed for all of our live events. We will be taking sanitary precautions on site to ensure that all surfaces are clean and ready for daily usage. 


• If you feel that you are potentially at risk or developing symptoms prior to your flights we ask you not to attend out of respect for your fellow community. A partial refund and recordings from the event will be provided in this case.
 
• Our team is actively planning upcoming events and will continue to provide updates as we confirm information or make necessary revisions.


• Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event, and can be requested from the retreat staff.


• This is mostly an open air, outdoor venue. Masks will not be required, but we do encourage you to keep physical contact to a minimum.


• By attending this event you acknowledge the risk of being in a group setting during a pandemic. RISE ALL will take every necessary precaution to keep you safe but is not responsible for any health impacts/infections as a result of this event.
