 Where Is it?

The event will be taking place in Miami, Florida at the InterContinental Miami hotel. 

 HOW LONG IS IT?

The event is one full day starting at 9am EST on November 17th and ending at 5pm. 

 which airport do i fly into?

FLY INTO Miami International Airport (MIA) for the closest option. Fort Lauderdale Airport is also a 45 minute drive away. 

 WHO WILL BE PRESENTING?

The announced speakers are listed on the event page. 

 WHAT SHOULD I BRING and how should i dress?

Bring a laptop. A pen and a notebook. Dress business casual. 

 WHAT SHOULD I SHOW AS A TICKET TO GET INTO THE EVENT?

Once you purchase your ticket you will receive an email receipt. Please present your EMAIL RECEIPT at the event to show proof that you purchased a ticket at registration! That is the ONLY WAY to get into the event. If you don't have the receipt with you, you will not be let in.

 WHAT ARE THE ROOM & FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS?

You will be responsible for your own room and flight arrangements. That is not included with the ticket. You will have to get that separately. 

 HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT THIS EVENT

This will be an exclusive event limited to 100 people. 

 What is the Refund Policy?

There are no refunds.

 Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?

Coffee, water, and light refreshments will be available during or in between presentations. Food is not included and we will break for lunch. 

 WHAT ABOUT WATER & COFFEE?

Yes. Water and coffee will be provided at the event.

 Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?

No. That being said, you are welcome to wear a mask. That is not a problem. 

 wHAT IF YOU ARE UNDER 18?

If you are under 18, you are allowed to attend the event as long as you have signed parental permission. If you purchase a ticket and you are under 18, your parents will have to sign a form stating that you are allowed to come.
